I think eating organic is ultimately less expensive because you get more nutrition value for your dollars.

And I think that if those of us that can afford it more easily drive up demand, there will, eventually, be increased production and prices will go down as more producers find it worth their while to make the change in practice.

Some evidence that this is already happening is that WAL-MART is beginning to carry organic choices.

also organic milk keeps much longer than the other kind.

I only buy organic milk these days also; have been doing for...uh...4 years now. Hormones and antibiotics in food = bad!
