Day 12! I can't believe how much fun stuff has been posted in 12 days...outstanding!
This fic jumped in my head last Sunday as I began to panic about what I would write for this week. Marshall said, "Me! Me!" So I present...Marshall.

I loved helping out on this story. Your childhood Marshall is perfect and can see him growing up and developing that way.

And you're right, we need to get these stories out of our system before we are forced into accepting the show's canon for him.

Well you did all the hard work, I just got the free preview. And good choice on the title.

In the end, I stayed away from the wine. Didn't need any other complications to the day.

What a wonderful, well constructed, well thought out story! Enjoyed immensely, especially the repeating thread of Marshall comparing himself to his father and to old heros.

The apple bit was way fun!

This was wonderful, beginning to end. The descriptions throughout were just spot on. I love any time we get a glimpse into Marshall, who he is now, but most especially how he got there.

This was a well thought out story. The background was totally in character and very believable. I love the images of Marshall growing into the man he is today.

It came out a lot better than I expected, so I'm really glad folks like it!!
