go to a community college and see what courses they offer. I will do a search for you in just a minute. That is her best bet. Take a class like "Computers for Beginners" or "Your New Computer and You". Something like that should not be expensive and probably only a weekend course. Once that is under her belt, and she is comfortable with the basic workings of it, she should take a Intro to Computers course that starts getting into the Office program. :)
