Eddie laid at the bottom of the indoor pool, his arms behind his head, and looked a lot like someone might look lounging on the grass on a warm summers day. He always loved the way the world above looked from underwater, some might view it as being distorted, but Eddie thought differently. He thought this was the only time he saw the world

Laura was wandering around the mansion. She was so bored and tired of staying here. She missed the city.

She walked along the edge of the pool when she noticed someone laying on the bottom. Her held tilted as she watched the figure. Interesting. By now he should have drowned.

The sound of someone walking around the edge of the pool, woke Eddie from his light sleep. He couldn't really tell who it was from down here, so time to go be social. Using his powers to propel himself out of the water, the young man did a flip in the air and landed not far in front of Laura. He never claimed to not be a show off.

After a very brief moment where he couldn't breath, his body adjusted to breathing air again and he smiled at Laura. "Hey, didn't we meet the other day? In the kitchen?" He adjusted his swimming briefs, and stretched out his arms.

Surprisingly enough, Laura didn't pop her claws when he suddenly shot out of the water and landed in front of her. She nodded.

"We did."

"Well I'm sorry, I've forgotten you're name. I'm Eddie by the way, in case you've forgotten as well." He grin widely at her, despite her apparently disinterest, and extended his hand to her.
