Medusa hoped the gardens would grant her a peace. Strange such a small space reminded her so much of her former home, though the city she was born in followed her through out her life. Perhaps it was something in the Blue Area of the Moon's air.

Her connection to Earth wasn't strong as her sisters though they both experienced the world outside ( Read more... )

"Are you alright, cousin?" comes a deep voice from behind her. Gorgon has fallen in step behind her.

Despite his abilities, his footfalls can be surprisingly quiet at times.

Perhaps the only sign of being started was the barest of twitching from the tail of her elaborate braids. All came out easily enough to flow around her and strike at sub-sonic speeds among other things. But it was a voice she knew.

Medusa turned around to smile faintly at her cousin. “You caught me off guard, cousin. I am… mostly fine. Lost in thought, I’m afraid.”

"I do not mean to intrude," he apologizes. Behind him in the distance are the three women whose company he left to come speak with Medusa. "If you'd prefer your solitude, I will leave you be. But if you would prefer company..."

Medusa took a moment to answer the question but decided if Gorgon had not meant it, he would not have asked. “I would appreciate it very much, better to talk then get too lost in my thoughts. Of course, it’s up to you.”
