Natasha is lucky to still find her there. Yelena's wasted no time packing up and preparing to go to ground now that she's become a target. The phone calls she's made in the past couple days have gotten her hardly any additional information, not even the name of the assassin.
For that reason alone, the door opens to let Natasha inside.
"They took someone close to me and I need to find them. Together we can put this mess to bed and not have to worry about someone coming after us." She didn't ask for help. Asking was a sign of weakness. She merely pointed out the incentive to garner Yelena's help.
It really wasn't THE shittiest motel in New York, but then again Natasha was used to five-star hotels. Any motel was a piece of crap in her book. Still, Natasha wouldn't be caught dead in a place like this.
She knocked on the door and waited for Phil to answer.

"Let me guess, comrade. One of your Avenger friends or that bedeviled former lover of yours, perhaps..."

At least not immediately. From the room next door he peered out into the hallway.
Seconds later that door opened up, and Phil leaned his head out.
"Tasha, you're back, and you've brought 'payment' this time," he eyed Yelena up and down in that sleazy way that he does.
"You must want something that could likely get me killed."

She eyes Natasha. Shithole was right and the residents so far match the decor.
