He can tell immediately that it's Theresa. He knows, look for birthmarks, look for anything to be certain, but he's positive it's her. Resisting the urge to immediately try and fry Nate, or even acknowledge that he recognizes him, he calls out quizzically to her "Theresa? What in God's name are you doing in Madripoor?"
