Kate was sitting on the grass in a part of Central Park off the main trails still wearing her school uniform. In the place where one part of herself had died, and another was born from the ashes. Kate’s head snap-turned in the direction of the sound and she saw the girl in the workout clothing hanging from the tree. And the sight of the girl hanging from the tree stopped her current train of though; even in New York people hanging from tress wasn’t something you saw everyday.

Leaving her bow on the ground (she had her fists if she needed anything and that poor stick lent to her by the school wasn’t any match for her ‘working’ stolen bow) Kate rushed over. Sure, she may be wildly biting and sarcastic with just about anyone, but she wasn’t going to just watch when someone needed help, “Are you okay?” she asked, stopping right in front of her, “Do you need help getting down from there? How did you even get up there?” she asked, curious.

"...I think you managed to get all that out in one breath," Kate said processing the information. So the girl was...playing ninja. With martial arts and all.

Kate looked around and up at the girl's stuck limb, "Okay, there's the question of how to get you down from here. There's the hard way and the might be painful way. What will it be?"
