A man's possessions tell you the shape of his mind and his soul

Wanda is slow to open the door to Simon's room, not merely because of the memory of her last visit there, but because the room now belongs to a dead man. Some instinct in her says that it should be left alone, as a tomb or shrine ... preserved and undisturbed as long as the Mansion stands.

The pragmatist in her says that the room may be needed for a future Avenger, or that it is their duty to make sure Simon's things are packed away and kept truly safe from those who might misuse them. From those who would put Wonder Man memorabilia up on eBay to those who would use such items to enslave his spirit, or the more petty type of criminal who would want something belonging to an Avenger, any Avenger. No. She could not stop herself from hurting Simon when he was alive, but she will do what she can to protect him now that he has died.

"I suppose we should begin with his clothes?" she says doubtfully to the Vision. "I'd think those would be easiest to put away."
