He hasn't seen his old friend and teammate since they both made an escape during the Battle at the Triskelion and he never thought he ever would again. But now he's standing at his cabin door covered in a layer of snow and carrying a large pack on his back while holding a look across his face like this is where he belongs.
Or maybe it's just how Brock sees things. He's low on supplies and maybe he's started hallucinating. He still hasn't gotten over Jack, even if Jack didn't know how he felt in the first place. Maybe the person you care about the most is the one that shows up right before you die.

As a Level Seven S.H.I.E.L.D Agent and Omega, Phil Coulson had been meticulous in his choice of team members for this new assignment Fury gave him. Meticulous didn't even come close to being the correct word for how careful he had been in choosing team members who best fit the needs of the assignment and were also not a threat to him as the only Omega on the team.
His perfectly laid out plan had got shot all to hell when Skye, an Alpha, went from S.H.I.E.L.D's Most Wanted Rising Tide outlaw computer hacker to an impromptu member of his team and the current reason for his nightly wet dreams.

Steve Rogers suffers from undiagnosed PTSD going back to his WWII service. After the events of Winter Soldier, everything comes to a head. He is filled with anger, guilt and self-doubt. Sam, being a counselor at the VA, is in a position to help him. Natasha is his best friend and does all she can as well. He makes a lot of progress but the Snap sets him back and sends him on a journey to find out who Steve Rogers really is. He finds new friends and answers to more questions than he knew he had.
