Hello. I'm interested to buy the totebag. Can you advice on how much the shipping cost will be if the shipment is to Malaysia? And do you accept partial payment as a deposit ('cause I'm kind of short of money right now) & only ship the item only after I made the final payment (perhaps the latest by the end of December)?
