Today it's the worst day in the new year so far...I am so sad tonight! Rolly chewed the new sofa today and I can't think of mom's reaction when she'll be home from the mountains... Awful, awful, awful! I can't get it, he's well behaved with me, but is a total disaster when parents or Monica are in charge...And today Monica left him alone and he did ( Read more... )

Oh god, I'm sorry! :( I know how that is. I felt the same when Bailey did some damage on our car's breakhandle. My dad almost flipped out on me and Bailey. I really hope your mom won't get too mad. :(

I don't think Bailey is fully trained, at all. He has his good days and then those days where I just want to lock him up all day (of course I don't tho!)
What exactely did Rolly do? I mean, can the chewed part be replaced/fixed at all?

it could be replaced, yes but it is not joke though... you see rolly is pretty big and his teeth can do big damages in a few seconds! he's the same as bailey then, he's a saint on most days but then has the odd naughty day when you'd lock him somewhere where he would do no harm! lol* but we love them dearly, don't we?!!? ;-)

I am still alive, yes. My parents won't be home till Saturday... I am not looking forward to it actually. I feel like crying today, like never before. I think I won't succeed in educating Rolly if they won't help me.. I called Matteo and he said we can meet (still has to set a date because he was busy at the moment I phoned him) and that it's nothing that can't be solved. He actually said it is not weird and that many dogs act like that. Still what I fear is that nothing changes if my family's attitude toward Rolly doesn't change... It is the first serious damage that he does at home... Actually that he does at all, but hey! He did something SO bad!!! Hope my mom won't force me to give him away (I'd rather move to my own flat then, no matter how hard financially that would be...)! I feel useless today... :-(
