Writer's Block: Cosmetic surgery

Well, I'm not much for cosmetic surgery, but if I got some for free (...) I would give it to my mother, since she's got åderbråck (blood vessels on her legs look weird) and removing those are one of the few cosmetic things I can get behind, since it can also hurt quite a bit.

Are åderbråck varicose veins, or something else?
