And it's neither Prowl nor Jazz. nkfloofiepoof said I should post this one here so... have some raunchy Hound x Mirage. This is actually quite old and I drew without references and horribly sketchy. No, Mirage isn't tied up, he's just gripping the edge of whatever it is he's laying on.
BE WARNED: There are fluids on this. Most likely coolant or something another because it's leaking from the joints around Mirage's legs, hips and etc. Whether Hound's smothering it over Mirage's interface panel or he's spreading something else around it I don't know.
