I was playing around coloring my Caramelldansen-ing Kitty Bluestreak and I liked how the experiment was coming so I decided to make a wallpaper with him and decided to share. KAWAII! But its not big enough for my desktop, blah. ;.; Can I make some Icons, or get any? ^.^' next question, do you know of and recommend any free icon making software?

There's no such thing as 'icon making software' as far as I know. XD I make mine with photoshop. Also, I don't get what you mean with 'can I make some Icons or get any?'. Could you be more especific? XD;
