Ooh! I like that. In my head it fits very well with bio-canon Bluestreak, because he's supposed to hate Decepticons (or at least that's the way I interpret his bio).

Despite his hatred I never saw Blue as the kind of mech that'd get the batshit insane glee out of ripping a mech's head off like it is here. So personally I don't think it fits his bio-canon at all.

It's a personality trait I'm working in one of my fics that has a particular reason to be, Blue's not the only 'cruel angel'.
