Oh, I like this. Lisa is wise enough to now Dean is *not* ready for actually being a full time partner and parent, and is firm about it. (I was really annoyed that she got to be Dean's reward in the finale -- she deserved better than being a prize.)

And Dean might possibly be healing, if he's actually planning on getting an apartment -- and hopefully a job soon.
