this is my crazy monologue for playwriting. I could really use some feedback of any kind from anyone about any of it. it's due in tomorrow and I won't have time to alter things before then so it's really only to benifit me as a writer and give me more of a clue for future stuff... here goes ( Read more... )

I like it muchly you talented lady! I love the thing about bluffing and Henry dealing her good cards that's so good you wince for her a bit. And I like that Henry cheats and takes a cards from the bottom of the pack. Is the mention of poker a metophor for sex? It just read that way to me, but then I'm filth. *shrugs*

*grin* it's sort of an open possibility yes, not an outright metaphor but a suggestion I suppose... but are you trying to suggest respectable women don't have sex because I beg to differ!

Maybe respectable women don't have the kind of sex that Henry want's, "I don’t think I’d take enough risks"... Maybe the younger girl takes more risks, that was my suggestion.
