Those are really cool mushrooms! Never seen them before wow. Are they um poisonous? A little nervous about Hurricane Irene. I hope that it doesn't cause too much damage to your town. It's going to be heading to nyc on Sunday. Sigh.. it wrecked my sister's Bridal Shower plans :( We had to postpone. Be safe and indoors!! <3

I've never seen them in person before now either XD I looked up a little information about them online and it seems like they're not poisonous (evidently people eat them in other countries... whoa). I wish I could find some fairy tale mushrooms like Amanita muscaria:

FUCKING HURRICANE. D8< Derek is excited, but I'm mad. it's effing with my vacation, baaaaaarrrgh!

I did get outside to the sunflowers in the last bit of sunshine today though :D

I hope so! If it doesn't eff up the beach too much, we are definitely still gonna go.

Yeah, way taller! It was so pretty, the sun was setting so they had a pretty yellow cast to them :)

Isn't that song amazing? It's from one of my absolute favorite horror movies, The Innocents, and it still gives me chills.

With things so damp lately, it must be good mushroom weather XD Maybe we'll find some awesome ones when we visit Columcille! CELTIC MUSHROOMS.

Oh my! If just the music is that spooky, I can't even imagine how scary the movie is!

Yeah! We had so many of them (the brown ones) that some guy stopped and told us they were edible, so we gave them to him *shrug*
WAAAHHH!!! CELTIC MUSHROOMS! They'll have cute little knot patterns on them :3

It's scary as hell, but in a very subtle way. ::shivers:: I've never seen such spooky child actors!

Oh cool XD I'm always a bit leery about wild mushrooms, but I bet some are delicious!
