Aww, this was so sweet! I really loved this - I was hoping for a happy ending. I'm glad John just wanted to surprise her properly rather than having to really work on Christmas Eve. It's nice that everything worked out and Martha's wishes turned into a reality. :) Loved the Frank Sinatra mention. :)

I couldn't resist having John give Martha a romantic and fun surprise for their first Christmas holiday together. You know he is totally the type that would just go out of his way to make things special, even if that means he has to be a bit mischievous. ;)

And Frank Sinatra, yeah, I confess that is a bit self-insert-y for me. Sinatra to me is always associated with love and romance and is just such comfort food to me. :)
