I completely empathize with your situation, frustration, and exhaustion. The last two years of my 20 years with my former employer were so unreasonably busy, colleagues were dropping like flies from stress and illness. If only your employers could grasp that such a simple thing as making sure you get the codes you need could "help you help them". *sigh*
