Who are you talking about? And stop yelling at yourself, you cant control your emotions to the point of numbness and then try and push them back into some obscure part of yourself that no one ever gets to see. You are an artist in every sense of the world and artists have HUGE uncontrollable emotions that have to be expressed in some form or the they are going to eat us alive.
