She's in jail! What a stupid bitch! She was even going to start looking into a home schooling program because my mom and grandmas want to baby her. But nooooo. She couldn't resist taking my mom's car for a spin this morning. She ran a red light and got pulled over. But then she tried to drive away! And they stopped her again. And she tried again

I know you've said your sister was an idiot before, but this one takes the cake.

I feel bad for your mom and the insurance thing- she may be able to say your sister STOLE the car, they may cover it then. Maybe. But your sister would be charged with that as well. Since your folks are probably paying all of her legal fees, it probably woudln't work out in the end.
