Veronica got back from her class with *just* enough time to make her bed and throw her dirty clothes in her hamper before Cameron arrived. There were freshly baked brownies on the desk for Bel.

She glanced at the clock and decided she had just enough time to put on a little makeup and run a brush through her hair.

"The commute between Fandom and Neptune is awesome like that," Cameron returned the grin and let go of Bel. He took a moment to look Veronica up and down, assuring himself that she was alright.

"Still cool," Cameron mumbled as he watched Bel shimmer away.

Turning towards Veronica, he grinned broadly as he realised he had her all to himself this weekend. "Yo," he said, taking a step towards her.

Veronica grinned back. "Yo," she replied. "I'm so glad you're here." She gave him another tight hug.

After lunch and showing Cameron around (which took forever since they got stopped by *everyone* Veronica knew that wanted to meet him), they finally made their way back to her dorm room.

She entered the room and collapsed on the bed. "Well, that was an exhausting afternoon."

Chuckling, Cameron sat beside her on the edge of the bed and stroked his hand over her back. "Yeah, but at least we met everyone now so we can ignore them for the rest of the weekend." He paused. "That was everyone, right?"

"I think so," Veronica said. "Well, except for Wallace, but we have plans with him for brunch on Sunday." She rolled to her side and reached for his hand. "But we can hide for the rest of the night."
