Veronica was considering heading into her office today since she hadn't gotten much done yesterday thanks to her increasingly disturbing naps and her talk with Anakin.

Then she heard the radio announcement while she was drinking her coffee and decided to head down to Town Hall and talk to someone about what she had experienced

Bel was the one closest to the phone. "Angel Investigations," he said wearily.

"It's V," she said, ignoring the memory of the dream where she and Bel had been... more than friendly. "No change?"

"Still the same," Bel said. "Nothing's working to bring him out of it. Phoebe says it feels like he's just not there."

Veronica sighed and ran her hand through her hair. "Okay, I don't know how long I have, but there is something weird going on here. People keep falling asleep randomly and staying asleep longer each time. And while they're sleeping, they're having dreams of what Anakin and I think is an alternate universe."
