Doctor visit :(
Had my 32 week checkup today. All is looking good with the baby, but I think my doctor likes to yell at me. First, she told me that I've gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks (which is steep even for a pregnant person) and, "It looks like you're just swollen so at least you're not eating it." I've been working on making sure we have actual meals lately. Tonight, homemade pizza. Winco stopped selling their pizza dough (Leonardi's isn't there anymore!) so I actually made my own. We'll see how it comes out. It's wheat dough so I dunno... It's a challenge ( Read more... ) -

First u/s, tooth decay, and family visits
Went in for my appointment with my (new) OB today. Dr. Adkins is on (indefinite) maternity leave. 5 vials of blood. 5 big vials, too. She just kept pulling them out, one after another... An eventful night...
Worked at Takahashi again tonight. The second waitress didn't show until about an hour and a half into her shift. Didn't call, nothing. It wasn't busy, so I didn't worry about it. Got to go home early. Nothing else particularly eventful there ( Read more... ) -

We started winemaking last night and today. 3 gallons of wine are currently fermenting in our kitchen, waiting for the initial fermentation process to end so that we can siphon them into gallon jugs ( Read more... )
