Did she explain the grade? Or did you just get the sheet with the grade, and no discussion? Because it could be a mistake... otherwise, have a meeting with both of them, maybe?

You should definitely talk to her and get the specifics of why you failed. Who knows? Maybe it was a mistake. Either way, you should be able to find out exactly what you need to improve on.
