I have thoroughly enjoyed all of your stories on LURE and this one was no exception extremely well written. I have been thinking about how Luke may have found himself on other business in Texas, foundation work, shipping, oil?. If I remember correctly Cal Strickland is his Great Grandfather and Josh Snyder (his grandfather right...Lily's bio-dad). Many ideas come to mind but I have not ventured to write any yet...

Thanks for the comment. That is an interesting idea -go for it! I only know bits and pieces of the show's history, but I think I recall Cal and didn't Josh rape Lily's bio mom? Anyhow, it sounds like a cool premise...

I wasn't watching it during those years but if I remember correctly Iva was raped by Josh... I watched it in the mid-eighties, late 90's and since 2003...

I just re-read this entire fic today, and after an awful beginning this morning, I have to say, I brought my day up to a 10. Luke and Reid here are so damn hot and sweet, and everything that makes a perfect couple. thank u again for a great read
