Well, certain parts of the city will be better off than others. If I remember correctly (and I might not), polar melt would produce ~40 ft of sea level rise.

The Sunset would be fine, as would any other other hillier neighborhoods. But downtown....yeah, everything up from the Embarcadero up to Castro would be somewhat...moist.

There are plenty of quiet places with views around here though... it's true, there aren't a million places with a great view of Elliot bay, but it's not that hard to find views around here.... though most of them are in the pricier neighborhoods. Because who wouldn't want to live in a quiet, wooded hill overlooking Lake Washington

Yeah, one of my uncles lives right next door to Matthew's Beach, a tiny park in Sand Point. I'd be in love with Seattle if I lived there :x
