At any rate, you might want to come down to Medical, have someone look at it. We don't have any prosthetic experts but once someone makes sure nothing biological is damaged, it'll be easier to focus on the mechanical.

Ah, I see. It sounds as if you are able to move it, so am I right to guess the prosthetics interface with your nerve endings?

I'd assume so. The skin and flesh have some connection to the mechanisms underneath, and those connect to a sort of cap halfway up my forearm. There's sensation, but it's of a different quality than with my other hand.

The medics on Wellspring Island are quite proficient at cleaning the cocoon fluid from hard-to-reach places. I am sure they will be able to help you.
