I've been MIA because of the latest project I'm working on.

Add an old processor, not much memory, proprietary hardware, C# and SQL Server, and you have the makings of a crazy and hectic schedule.

Makes me wonder why I chose programming in the first place. :D

Alas... I can't really do anything else. OTOH, looks like IT is doing pretty well in the current Financial Armageddon climate, so I should at least have job security.

Job security is always a good thing... We have nothing, nada, zip, zilch to do at the moment. I'm not sure how I pass the day anymore.
