This is the only Grieg Nocturne I've heard or played, but if they're all this good, I should really look into finding the sheet music.

A simple little piece, bright, yet slightly melancholy. Just like me!

Todd, you may also want to give the Lyric Pieces a try. They are quite similar in mood and tone. While some have called his piano music a "bonbon filled with snow", I think of it as a restrained Romanticism that bears repeated listening quite well. A knowledge of Lizst is important to getting Grieg right- and that you have. You have done VERY well on your first effort. Rob.
