i have discovered that getting my boss to work fast is like trying to get a constipated guy to hurry up in the bathroom.  you actually have to scare the crap out of them.

this sunday at church i listened to a man of burning passion and conviction speak his heart.  he's been called a prophet, and i believe it.  i've heard him twice, and he's spoken the same basic message both times.  he's openly stated, often, that he really only has one message.  revival for america and an end to abortion.  it later dawned on me ( Read more... )

sometimes i'm really amazed by how sheltered we as americans are from what i will call the "real world" for the purposes of this blog.  i refer to it as that because the majority of the world's population live in that world, not ours.  this is something that has really been eating at me lately, and i'm not entirely sure why ( Read more... )
