I used one of my cosplaying pictures as a reference for the pose and the clothes. I haven't used colored pencil in so long...it was fun. Fiddled with the colors a bit in photoshop since it scanned so washed-out.

Nice job! I'd ask where her other foot is, but I suspect it's hidden behind the skirt. I like the way you drew the design for the dance circle.

There's a little bit of it visible under the lower skirt frill... That bothered me a lot too, but as you can see in the reference picture, the foot is also pretty much not there. Funny downward angles.... *headdesk*
