I would erect I giant statue of myself in the middle of every city that could shoot lightning bolts out of its eyes. Also I would make factory farming illegal and ensure all taxes on cigarettes and alcohol go straight to the NHS to pay for the treatment of the diseases people inflict on themselves through over indulgence. Mostly, though, the statues are the important part.
I forgot about the factory farms! Those are some excellent ideas. We should rule together over all the land. You would be in charge of interior decorating and give Prince Charles a run for his money over architecture.
