Trust me, if you truly do not want to end up like your parents, then you won't. Your being brought up in that environment has led you to absolutely loathe the idea of divorcing, remarrying, divorcing again, etc., so why would you emulate such behavior if you find it so wrong? You wouldn't.

Let me explain...

I'm pretty sure you don't like the thought of fucking a horse. That being the case, I'm also willing to bet that you will never, in your entire life, fuck a horse.

Why? Because you don't like to fuck horses.

You also don't like divorce.

So face it. You're going to live a long, happy life, have many children and grandchildren (with few, if any step-anythings). Ultimately, you will pass away peacefully of old age, content in the knowledge that you had lived your entire life without divorcing your husband, and without fucking a horse.

Just as long as you're 400% sure he's the man you want to spend the rest of your life with. That's the only condition. I know you'll be careful, though. You'll be fine.
