Russian Parlament and President Putin have decided to ban american citizens from adopting of children from Russia. This girl is going to USA though, because there was court's decision about her adoption.

That's so sad. :( You know, every child needs a good home and Americans can do that for people who have problems with conceiving. I pray that she gets taken into a good home. Please keep us updated on this story. xox
