but anyhow. the last two entries, i noticed you focusing on historical figures and our perceptions of them (or what they 'teach' of them in school)...
as for Mark Twain. he's got some AMAZING writing. amazing not necessarily in the writing itself.. .but in how surprising it is to read stuff like the above... vs. the 'classic' Mark Twain story "huck finn blah blah blah."
if you read a lot... or even if you don't, but you find these sorts of things interesting, look up a book called "letters from the earth" by mark twain. it's highly 'amusing.'
hmm i have never heard of that one. i will look it up thank you. here is one for you that is pretty known but just in case you have not heard of it. "A pen warmed up in hell" that by far is the best i have read from him.
