Mamet and Disney

Seems more likely that Mamet will start the project and then someone at Disney will realize what he's doing and they'll fire him and have someone else finish it and it'll be a Big Ole Colorful Disney Mess.

Were you childed in time to see The Hunchback?

It is hard to wrap my mind around Disney, Mamet, and Anne Frank in one go. But I think Disney has Miramax. Maybe that explains it.

The girl coming of age story makes sense, and the diary wasn't scarring to read. (I don't think, anyway. I read it when I was about 12.) It took place in the annex, not in a concentration camp, after all.
