Well, they're all over the place back home. can't travel without running into the things. Luckily anyone can kill them pretty easy.

If I remember correctly, they said something to that effect before, right? Before this happened.

Did they? Last time, they were talking about how nothing was arriving from our worlds. We haven't had any new people for months, but now this?

Maybe whatever was stopping those arrivals got corrupted or was stopped and reversed? I don't know, I can't quite remember everything.

The only difference, these aren't people we're fighting.
