Soooo, I wanna have SokkaAU (played by trelali) jump in and help Steph out. Can he just appear where she is or is there stuff needs to happen first?

Hmmm... he could conceivably show up just randomly, though in general he'd need to be in the "Normal" world to just appear.

OTOH, this plot thing has been going on so long that I'm gonna just handwave and say, "Sure, throw him in wherever with a helping of 'OK what the hell I was wandering around and all of a sudden THE WORLD WENT CRAZY WTF IS ALL THIS?!' and stuff."

So yeah.
