Jack doesn't really have anything to compare an amusement park to, and he's losing the ability to Read information about it from the world and the people in it. He frowns in confusion around himself, but calls "Safe," down to Jo as he stands at the entrance to the sewers.

Jo comes up behind him, looking around. It is familiar, if about what she expected for creepy, crazy town. But breathing air that isn't near poison water and thick, falling apart, walls, gets a grateful heavy breath.

"I could deal without the background music."

"I think it lightens things," Jack disagrees. "What is this place?"

"Amusement park. Not all that much better in sunlight. Screaming kids, lots of clowns, freaks who get their kicks from people gawking, high ticket prices and food that licked the floor before you bought it."

Jo's walking through. There's a look at things that have fallen, for the food still on counters, perfectly in place but gone bad.
