Drinks lotsa honey water to sooth the throat.

Thanks. Problem is drinking is SOOooo painful!
I'd like to think I have a high threshold for pain, but this is ridiculously excruciating!

omg, that's very very bad.

well, have to tahan and take lozenges (even though painful) to ease the pain slowly till you see doctor lah.

Get well soon, and try the watermelon powder (Xi Gua Shuang) from medical halls, those are rather good for sore throats like these (no swallowing involved)...
