I was just reading an interesting piece about last time Depeche Mode toured. It said that Dave Gahan threw a massive shit-fit at one show, when he found out that the support band had munched their way through all the Babybels and Dairylea slices.

Apparently they were his own personal cheeses.

Any guide to writing which suggests it offers an "easy alternative approach which shows you how to break all the rules" doesn't, it just offers you a different set of rules based on someone else's opinion. Turns out Eastern Promises is still a great film the second time round, especially when accompanied by wine and a somewhat Russian meal of baked sausage, potato, bacon and blood pudding.

How odd - since I've been playing the new Batman game, I've been going to be reasonably early and having excellent sleep.
