of course, the internet, ocean of all knowledge.
I guess into the fridge they go. Bought a bag two days ago, put them in a wire frame basket on the counter, and one was moldy this afternoon. I'll pass on the water submersion, though. Even old hard lemons yield up enough juice for iced tea.
