Fabulously Fantastic Feast of Frenzied Fun

Mar 10, 2006 22:18

Last weekend I played in Intercon F a local, weekend long Live Action Role Playing convention. This was my best Intercon yet; I really enjoyed all the games I played in and Across the Sea of Stars is now my Most Favorite Ever Game&trademark;.

Here's who I was in which games. Details and spoilers behind the cuts.

I started out Friday night as ( Presley the Hounddog in Moving Day )

intercon, weekend, larp, poetry

We were not upstaged you upstart chess piece! We simply chose not to lower ourselves to her level.

My dear Bishop,

We are so sorry that HM The Queen of Hearts has transferred her diplomatic (!) offensive into your blog. As We continue to maintain, if HM The Red King dreams into being a Wonderland where We are Queen, that is the reality no matter how forcefully HM seeks to undermine it.

You may kiss my hand.

Not that it matters now, but we had extra labels available at the Crashed GM table.

The wristbands themselves were tyvek, so they would have survived just about anything (I go to a weeklong festival where you're required to wear one the whole time) so I came prepared to replace the labels as necessary.
