Today was a bit of a weird day. I waited all day for C to text me about going into work so she could do the month ends for June & July of the network I despise. We didn't go in until about 6:30 and we were there for about 45 minutes while she sped through "teaching me". I took notes but we'll see how this goes when I do August month end. I haven't even heard of Imperium -- that will have to go on my list. I really do like Daniel Radcliffe as an actor and I respect the choices he's made, though I certainly haven't enjoyed all of them. Of the ones I've seen post-HP, I think the Woman in Black is my favorite so far. Damn scary.

Rick and Morty is downloaded on my computer, waiting for me to watch it, though I have to admit there are a number of other shows that I will likely get to before that one. So I am interested in hearing what you think about it.

I tried to watch The Woman in Black but was honestly so bored with it. Maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention to it, I'm not sure, but it didn't do anything for me.

Check out Swiss Army Man with him, too, if you're okay with surreal, off-the-wall movies. He plays a farting corpse who basically comes to life in the mind of Paul Dano-or for real?

I'm not necessarily happy the Olympics are over, but I'm relieved? Like. Finally, maybe there's one less topic I have to avoid talking about for fear of offending someone with my lack of interest in patriotism or athletics.

Ugh, month end paperwork is pure misery all over.

I know it's selfish but I'm glad the Olympics are over so I can quit seeing all the notifications about it on FB. I get that it's great and yay people doing cool things, but man I don't even kinda care.

Oh, Rick and Morty is just a good show - it's crazy and very funny, and it has a lot of heart too.

Yes, Gravity Falls is just fantastic :DD

I'm relieved that the Olympics are over as well.
