Me too, if I spent half as much time working out, as I did sitting in front of the computer, I could probably loose some weight! Thats pretty sad, lol! I just wish we had a treadmill or something, I think if we did, I would use it, but thats a lot of money I just dont have right now!
Congrats on the 6lbs... just keep it up!

thanks! i'll try. no more McDonalds after the show! oh well, so sad. it's one of those sucky treadmills that you have to make go yourself. SO HARD! but i did .7 miles on wednesday (that's the last time i was home long enough to do it besides sunday when i thought i had been hit my a large truck cause i'm in so much pain). but i guess i't back to the treadmill tonight.

Do you have a bike? I'll go bike riding with you. It's great exercise.

hey, i found off the partners_of_tg and partners_of_ftm. so yeah, that said, seriously, the best way i have found to lose weight, stop thinking about it first and foremost. i went vegetarian, that helped a lot! i increased my daily fruit and vegetable intake. i try to keep the breads/rices/pastas and potatoes to a daily minimum. i drink about (at least) four of the half litre bottles of water a day. that's the eating habit. as for exercise, i walk from place to place as much as i can and i do breathing yoga.
just by doing that, i've dropped sixty pounds (size eighty/twenty to a size twelve)in less than a year and i've been keeping it off.

stay off those gimmicky diets, they are no good! especially atkins!

I dont eat a lot of meat, but my main issue is that we eat ALOT of convience foods around here, and a lot of carbs. I should drink more water, I always mean to... but I just never do!
