I guess because I don't allow my history to be saved and keep my cache down as low as possible. >:

What does it do? `Deleting cache, I mean.

It's really annoying having to delete all my history so I do it about once a week or month.

It just frees up some space. When I first learned computer maintenance I had a small harddrive (less than 2GB free space if I didn't install anything) so I got in the habit of wanting as much free space as possible. That and I don't like clutter.

The cache saves data and such so it can load websites you've been to previously faster. But to me that says it's not getting the newest version every time.

I have my history set to auto-clear every day, and I manually clear the rest at least once a week, sometimes more. 8D; I'M A FREAK ABOUT IT.
