It has a rather delicate flavour that ends up surprising you after it's been on the tongue for a bit. Definitely a honey for fresh bread, not tea. I don't think I'll cook with it.
I still have raw orange blossom honey with the honey comb, vanilla honey (added oils), raw clover honey, saguaro (not much of that left :( ) and now this.
